New Times is looking for ground-floor movers and shakers who are cooking, painting, filming, designing, dancing, singing and writing their hearts out. And we need your help.
Starting now, we are accepting nominations for Valley residents who deserve to win a $1000 cash prize in one of the following categories: design/fashion, visual art, performing art, film/video, culinary art and this year’s wild card, literary.
Finalists will be profiled online and in the paper April 7, and winners will be announced Saturday, April 9 at Phoenix New Times’ Artopia – an evening of art, food, fashion, drinks and music. (More on that soon.)
