Daniel Davis knows a thing or two about monsters. Davis illustrates them on the regular for his arts, prints, and goods company Steam Crow, which he runs with his wife Dawna. The duo’s designs of spooky-cute creatures have garnered quite the ravenous following. It’s such a success, in fact, that Daniel’s been asked to share a few pointers during a Halloween afternoon lecture at ASU.
“Feed Your Indie Beast” will cover how starting and staying indie is a good thing, when the right timing is to start a new venture, and how to follow your gut. We’re betting a few new monsters will be made in the process.
The talk takes place at 3 p.m. in room 125 of Stauffer Hall’s B-Wing, 950 South Forest Mall in Tempe. Admission is free. Visit www.asuevents.asu.edu/steam-crow-feed-your-indie-beast.
