Dogs, Children, and Bondage; Mesa Man Candidate for Pervert of the Year

What do a little girl, a workout bench, nylon restraints, and a tan Labrador Retriever have in common? They were all featured in images of kiddy porn found on the computer of a Mesa pervert yesterday.

Police arrested 60-year-old Frank Morgan Foster, an old pro in the world of pervs, after dozens of images of child pornography, bondage, and bestiality were found on his computer.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, a “proactive Internet investigation” led police to Foster’s computer, on which they found the twisted images.

In one set of photos, known amongst perverts as “the Jenny Series,” a young girl is seen bound to a workout bench with nylon straps. Enter a tan Labrador Retriever, and we’ll spare you what happened next.

Authorities conducted a search warrant at Foster’s home and confiscated his computer, on which they initially found 50 images and videos of bizarre, illegal porn.

Foster was arrested and told police he was a bit of a connoisseur of kiddy porn. He told police he’s been collecting and masturbating to it for the last 10 years.

Foster told cops that when it comes to kiddy porn, he likes his girls to be between the ages of 5 and 8 years old.

This isn’t the first time kiddy porn’s been found on Foster’s computer.

In 2006, police discovered some child smut on his work computer. That case was delayed because the detective assigned to it retired and the evidence was never processed.

A call to the Mesa Police Department to find out why the evidence seems to have slipped through the cracks was not immediately returned this afternoon.

Police got around to analyzing the computer from the 2006 case on Tuesday and discovered numerous images of kiddy porn. Foster copped to downloading the images.

In total, Foster’s been charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
