A “three or four second” boob grab could land a 20-year-old Surprise man in the slammer — which tends to be the breaks when the boob grabbed belongs to a 12-year-old.
Patrick Michael McKnight, a Pizza Hut employee, was arrested on charges that he fondeled the breast of a 12-year-old family friend.
According to court documents obtained by New Times, McKnight’s known the girl since she was born. The two had a “brother/sister” relationship, the detective investigating the groping notes in his report.
About 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, McKnight and the victim were alone in his apartment. The girl was on a bed watching TV when McKnight joined her there.

Without warning, McKnight stuck his hand under her shirt and bra and grabbed her breast.
When he was later asked about the incident by police, McKnight assured them that he “only had his hand on her bare breast for about three or four seconds.”
Well in that case…
McKnight told police he had no idea why he felt up his family friend. He’s been booked on one count of sexual abuse.
