The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in tracking down an alleged pervert, who authorities say sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl.
PCSO deputies got a call Monday afternoon saying the 13-year-old victim was sexually assaulted by 25-year-old Juan Carlos Cuadros-Ortiz.
Details of the assault are limited at the moment, but PCSO officials say that once family members of the girl confronted Ortiz about the sexual assault, he took off with his 21-year-old girlfriend and their 8-month-old son.
Detectives discovered that the girlfriend was once a victim of an unreported domestic violence incident involving Ortiz, and she only left with him out of concern for her son.

Detectives believe the girlfriend is an “unwilling passenger” of Ortiz’s, and there are concerns for the welfare of her and the baby.
Ortiz, his girlfriend, and the baby, were last seen driving in a 2003 Suzuki SUV with Arizona license plate AFK3223. PCSO spokesman Tim Gaffney says Ortiz and his passengers are believed to still be somewhere in Pinal County, but says there’s a chance he fled to Riverside, California.
Ortiz is described as a Hispanic male, 5-foot-10, and 270 pounds.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or PCSO Detective Justin Akin at 1-800-420-8689.
