They say good things come in small packages. And on Thursday, November 24, good, creative things come in five-by-five inch packages created by 16 local artists and curated by Indie ArtHouse founder Lisa Jacobs (also known as Sticker Club Girl). The traveling show, dubbed “Small Format,” continues at Grand Avenue’s Indie ArtHouse, 1504 Grand Avenue, through December 13 before moving to Roosevelt Row’s Jobot coffee house in January.
Stop by the collective to check out the latest (and perhaps smallest) works by Jacobs, Carol Rogue, Abbey Messmer, Eric Cox, Adam Wenger, Leslie Barton, Phillip McCarty, Aaron Abbott, JB Snyder, Suzanne Falk, Dave Driscoll, Bobby Castaneda, Catie Reya, Reid Richardson, Fausto Fernandez, and JA Jure.
The newest addition to the Grand Avenue art community also features upcycled, locally made clothing, accessories, glass art, and housewares, which will be for sale.
Tuesdays-Saturdays, 1 p.m. Starts: Nov. 18. Continues through Dec. 13, 2011
