The 1,000 sq ft spaces have C-2 zoning, Certificates of Occupancy for Retail or Office, and would be ideal for a gallery, artist studio, creative office, or retail, according to Harder. The spaces have concrete flooring, exposed block walls, and 12ft ceilings.

And she’s leasing them each for $1200 per month.

Harder, who’s a local arts advocate and local developer, transformed the building last year — and organized a pretty sweet mural for the back wall a few weeks ago.
