It’s Spring Break in my household. Spring Break means you have all the time in the world to make stuff, lounge around, surf Pinterest, whatever.
Or at least that’s what I thought it meant — until I found myself floundering for a project to share with you.
Now, I have lots of projects in the works; they just take time. (More time than I realized.) So this week I’m bringing you the easiest DIY ever.
What’s great about this project is that it’s extremely useful. Everyone can use a nice looking dry erase board, right?
When news happens, Phoenix New Times is there —

We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
There are no downsides to it. It’s inexpensive and all of the supplies can be found in one place. I bought mine at Michaels. You need only three things:
1. A 12 x 12 frame. Those made for records are perfect!
2. A 12 x 12 piece of patterned paper. The possibilities here are endless.
3. A dry erase marker.
Put the patterned paper behind the frame and you’re done!
The hardest part is figuring out exactly what to use it for. I had several ideas: As a menu board – as found in the original pin, as a place to write my work schedule, or for keeping a grocery list. I jot notes to myself – “take vitamins,” “go for a walk.”
Anything goes.
How will you use yours?
