Magazines like Complex and NY Mag are currently drooling over a New York property listed at $10 million by Sotheby’s International Realty. The 8,200-square-foot TriBeca pad features 26 foot ceilings, a mezzanine level, library, game room, wine cellar, gym, and, oh yeah, an original Keith Haring mural painted smack-dab inside of it.
The mural, which is located by the front door entrance, was painted by Haring back when he was a student at the School of Visual Arts. At the time, this private residence had actually been part of the school. According to NY Mag and the property listing photos, the mural appears to be intact, making it one of the rarest home-based Harings in the world.
