The projected $75 million development by Habitat Metro (in partnership with Sunbelt Holdings) will be situated along Central Avenue between Portland Park and Margaret T. Hance Park, giving residents prime access to downtown amenities including the light rail, Roosevelt Row Arts District, and Japanese Friendship Garden .
Portland on the Park will feature 170 lofts and condominiums spread out among towers of four, 12, and 14 stories. The 21 potential floor plans, available with one, two, or three bedrooms, will range in size from 745 square feet to 2,381 square feet.
