[9] The Gallery owner Laura Dragon and Arizona Artist Collective founder Travis Fields have formed a new partnership that not only will bring their two organizations together but also downtown Phoenix’s established and emerging artists.

The new alliance, which will be celebrated with a weekend reception March 7 through 9, has [9] The Gallery serving as the new home of the AAC.

In addition to holding annual juried shows, workshops, and monthly meetings, the AAC also plans to hold regular business hours inside [9] The Gallery so that local creatives, including visual artists, musicians, and writers, can collaborate and network — possibly over coffee or an e-cigarette, both of which are currently being offered in the gallery’s lounge and drink area.
