If you’re a fan of modern architecture and design and are quick to the punch, you might be able to nab a ticket or two to the 9th annual Modern Phoenix Home Tour, slated for Sunday April 21.
The event sells out every year, and with this year’s route of West Side neighborhoods full of homes by Ralph Haver, Charles Polachek and Robert Starkovich, as well as contemporary remodels by Mod Architecture + Planning, JNL Homes, JoBuilt Construction and Modern Design Environments LLC, you better believe there are going to be more than a few people racing you to the ticket line.
