Lit Lounge: The Best of Phoenix Edition Coming to Crescent Ballroom Sept. 25 (Tickets on Sale Now)

It’s no secret that here at New Times we’re pretty big fans of Lit Lounge, the spoken-word series that serves as the centerpiece of performance programming at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art.

So when we landed on a theme for this year’s Best of Phoenix — “Tales of the City” — it only made sense to team up with SMoCA to bring you Lit Lounge: The Best of Phoenix Edition.

The event will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, September 25 at Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix.

The line-up will include New York Times bestselling author Laurie Notaro, SMoCA Curator of Performing Arts Tania Katan, and New Times contributors Katie Johnson, Robrt L. Pela and Amy Silverman.
