A Phoenix man taking out the trash made a grim discovery in an alley near his house: a barely clothed dead body.
The body was found near 29th Avenue and Madison Street earlier this morning.
Police haven’t said much about the discovery of the body, but ABC 15 spoke with Jose Torres, who found the corpse and then told his wife to call the cops.
According to Torres, “the man was barely dressed, had no shirt and no shoes, and his pants were below his waist.
