In August, Green New American Vegetarian Restaurant announced an interesting food-meets-art contest: Submit your own Ouija board design, and if you win (by popular vote), you can win two free meals per week for a year.
This week, Green installed the “Wanna Ouija” submissions, and now it’s up to you to decide what lucky artist will eat a little, well, Green-er this year.

The vote’s taking place at the restaurant, at 2240 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 8 in Tempe and is open to the public until November 20.

Submissions range from small diorama-like scenes to full-blown boards constructed on mirrors, boxes — even paper bags. And while there’s only one first place prize, the second-place winner can enjoy one free Tsoynami shake every week for a year.
Winners will be The winner of the contest will be announced at Green’s third annual ThanksLIVING celebration on Thanksgiving Day. Boards will then be sold in the restaurant, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Black Cat Rescue.
