If you’ve ever looked at the Instagram feed of the the New Darlings and thought, “I wish I had their house,” you’re in luck.
Christina and Robert Martinez, who run the influential social media account that has more than 460,000 followers, are selling their home, which sits at 1810 East Willetta Street in central Phoenix’s historic Brentwood District.
The Tudor-style house, which was built in 1930, is 1,846 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. (There’s also a tiny guest house on the property.)

The couple’s home underwent an extensive renovation that was completed in 2018.

The sale is being handled Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, which calls the house “unbelievable enchanting” in its listing.
“Upon entering the light-filled, opulent home, guests are greeted by smooth plaster walls, gorgeous hardwood floors, double archways leading into the stunning kitchen, and a dining space overlooking the lush backyard and guest house. The home’s garden-chic interior compliments the desert surroundings,” Russ Lyon says in a press release.
According to Zillow, the couple bought the house for $315,000 in November 2016. Its current selling price? $700,000.
There’s no word yet on where the New Darlings are moving to, but in a press release, Christina Martinez says, “We are sad to be leaving this house but we are excited to find new owners that will appreciate it as much as we do.”
