That’s what 480 pounds of weed looks like.

Arizona Department of Public Safety officers made a substantial score last week, when they swiped more than 450 pounds of weed from a trucker from Georgia.

Officers found the weed after they stopped the truck on Interstate17 just north of Phoenix for an equipment violation and a safety inspection.

After police searched the rig, a police dog was called in for a more thorough search of the truck.

The pooch apparently has a nose for chronic because he found about 480 pounds of weed stashed in luggage within the truck’s sleeper berth.

The driver of the truck, 35-year-old Tommy Lee Pinkins, of Moultrie, Georgia, was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges of possession and transportation of marijuana for sale and illegal control of an enterprise.
