Arthur Harmon, the man police say shot three people yesterday at a Phoenix office building, was found dead in the parking lot of the Bass Pro Shops store in Mesa.
Police believe he committed suicide by shooting himself.

One of the people shot was attorney Mark Hummels, an attorney for the Osborn Maledon law firm, who was involved in the lawsuit.
The man who was killed, 48-year-old Steve Singer, was the CEO of a company called Fusion Contact Centers, which was the other party in the lawsuit.
A woman named Nichole Hampton was the third person shot.
