A Pima County girl is missing and authorities believe she was taken to Utah by a 19-year-old man she met online.

Ashley Kingsbury, 13, was reported missing Monday, and is believed to have been taken to Utah by 19-year-old Jordan Anthony, with whom she’s reportedly been chatting on social networking websites.

Kingsbury is described as 5-foot-2, about 95 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police have issued an endangered missing person alert for the girl and believe Kingsbury was taken across state lines to Utah.

Detectives believe Kingsbury is in danger and according to the Salt Lake Tribune, she likely left voluntarily with Anthony.

Anthony is described as being 6-foot-1, about 140 pounds with brown hair and brown
eyes. Police say he may be driving a silver 2000 model Hyundai Elantra
with Utah license plate Z75 4UV.

Anyone with information about Anthony or Kingsbury’s whereabouts is asked to call police.
